The DAS Difficult Airway Registry project is a streamlined national airway alert reporting system. Further information on the project and how to enrol your organisation can be found in this page. We have now moved to a new platform which is more secure and user friendly. Logins for the platform will be sent out to all enrolled institutions.

DAS Registry User Guide 

There are two types of users- a pathway owner is usually the Airway Lead or DAS Registry Lead for a hospital or Trust or Board.

They can add the rest of the colleagues in the department as delegates and are able to keep the delegate list updated, if the delegates move hospitals eg resident doctors.

If you were already registered with the previous DAS Database, you should have received a link to update your details in the new platform either as a pathway owner or as a delegate (please check your spam folder also).

  • Please include your first name, last name, GMC number and place of work.
  • If you need a login to delegate for a Local DAS Registry/ Airway Lead, please also include their name
