The Emergency Front of Neck Airway Registry (eFONAr) is a joint project by the Difficult Airway Society, the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the University of Nottingham. The eFONAr will collect data on eFONA cases from 30th March 2026.
eFONAr follows on from the work of NAP4, which studied Major Complications of Airway Management in the United Kingdom.
Please contact your local Airway Lead to access the eFONA registry to enter a case. You can only enter a case if your Trust has provided their capacity and capability approval.
