Management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea

I would like to ask some questions about the management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea. 1) Does anyone have specific perioperative guidelines for these patients? 2)Roughly, how many patients with suspected or diagnosed OSA do you manage every year? 3) If you have a patient 65-year old, obese BMI 35 and hypertension in treatment who is scheduled for a right hemicolectomy with a diagnosis of OSA (apnea/hypopnea index =40 per hour) but he is not following CPAP therapy how do you manage this patient prior to anesthesia? And after how and where do you monitor the patient?  4)How do you identify patients with suspected OSA? (history of snoring,  tiredness, comorbidities, obesity... STOP BANG questionnaire??). 5)In the ward would you use the Modified early warning or national early warning score?
