This innovative course was designed mainly for medical professionals who need to manage and control patients’ airway. It is a three day long course, held in English, completely hands-on, where participants are able to get expertise in managing airway devices and their application in the difficult airway algorithms. The course includes training in simulators and animal models, as well as development of non-technical skills in high fidelity simulation scenarios, in School of Medicine – University of Minho. It allows participants to increase knowledge and skills in fibroscopy, FONA and airway ultrasound.
