A Special Meeting of the Society is to be held on Tuesday 10 September.
This will be to ratify the most up to date version of our Constitution which we review every 5 years.
A Constitution is required to ensure that we follow rules regarding our conduct, decision making and electoral procedure. It also allows us to make alterations to keep the Constitution current.
In this latest iteration there are a few changes but nothing that radically alters how the Society functions.
The most recent version is available below, and then all full members will be able to pose questions which will be answered at the online meeting on 10 September at 8pm. Full members may email questions to DAS Secretary at [email protected] beforehand and then they will be addressed at that meeting.
The Zoom link should have been emailed to you.
