Good evening everyone,
I'd like to know what kind of device you use for infraglottic jet ventilation (elective procedures). We actually rely on Hunsaker tubes but would like to know what else DAS members regularly use, pros/cons for any device, and specifically if device LASER safe.
Also on the process to get an automatic jet ventilator for shared airway procedures, probably Monsoon III. Any other automatic jet-vent that you would recommend having a look at that you are happy with ease of use and reliability?

Hello,
We have recently got a TwinStream Device.
We currently use the Monsoon however our consumables supplier will not import the catheters and humidification sets - I live and work in Abu Dhabi and we are very much at the behest of the reps here.
We are looking at the TwinStream as a replacement as they have independant suppliers.
How do you find the TwinStream ?
