All members of DAS are cordialy invited to celebrate this occasion of the official retirement of Professor Mansukh T Popat from clinical practice.
The Nuffield Department of Anaesthetics Oxford, in partnership with the Difficult Airway Society, has organised a Festschrift and dinner in the Hall of St John's College Oxford on Sat 9 April 2016.
The day will consist of lectures from 2pm in the College Auditorium; champagne reception in Auditorium Reception Room in Garden Quadrangle at 7pm, and from 7.30pm a 4-course dinner (black tie) with wines and coffee in the Hall.
The cost of the event is £90 per person and you may also register up to one guest. If you cannot attend dinner, but only the lectures there is a reduced registration fee of £50. Please note there is no reduced charge for dinner-only.

1. a cheque for the required sum (either £90 or £180) made out to Difficult Airway Society by post, to Dr Radhakrishnan at 10 Broom lane, Dickens Heath, Solihull, B90 1SJ
2. your name and name of guest, and any diets (late requests for diet cannot be accommodated), and your email contact details.
3. cheques must reach by 15 March 2016. Seats are allocated on a first come basis. The NDA is being alerted before a wider advert is announced to the Difficult Airway Society. However, some VIP seats for national and international guests are already secured, so early booking is advised.
4. cancellations after 15 March will unfortunately incur a charge, unless we have been able to re-allocate the places.
5. all registrants are requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
